There are many garden supplies you should have around if you want a healthy, flourishing garden. Perusing any garden store will show you just how much stuff there is for garden care, and how many options you have available to you. You don’t have to have a lot of supplies to properly care for your garden, but there are some that should not be gone without.

Every gardener should have at least a sturdy hand-shovel or soil scooper. This will prove itself to be invaluable as you are planting things in your garden. You should also have a couple good weeding tools on hand at all times. If you have a large garden, your garden supplies should include a full sized shovel and rake.

Some other garden supplies you should have around include hoses and watering cans. Fertilizers and pesticides should be applied as needed in your garden.
